Ultimate Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit

6 biscuits

1/3 cup raspberry jam

1/3 cup spreadable herbed cheese

1 jalapeno, sliced

1lb Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged, Center-Cut, Cherrywood Smoked Bacon

4 eggs


  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange bacon. Place into cold oven, then turn the heat to 400 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes until bacon is crispy, then drain on paper towel.
  2. While bacon cooks, scramble eggs, and slice jalapeno. Cut biscuits in half.
  3. Arrange biscuits with a spread of jam, a few slices of jalapeño, a portion of eggs, crispy bacon, a schmear of the herbed cheese spread, and serve hot!
