Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp kosher salt
1½ cups water


Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan on the stove.
  2. Bring to a simmer until reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
  3. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
