Want to start your day with a dreamy combination of textures and flavors? This easy yet irresistible breakfast tostada features a crispy tortilla topped with creamy beans, melty cheese, savory sausage, and a perfect egg on top!



Breakfast Tostadas

4 corn tortillas
1 cup refried black beans
1 cup shredded cheese
4 Chicken Sausage Pattys
4 eggs

  1. Preheat the oven to 425-F.
  2. On a sheet tray, lay out the sausages and tortillas.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of refried beans on each tortilla, then sprinkle each with ¼ cup of cheese.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While the tostadas and sausage are cooking, cook the eggs to your liking.
  6. Once tostadas are golden brown and crispy, top each one with a chicken sausage, an egg, and any garnish you like.
  7. Serve hot, and enjoy!
