Ingredients

4 slices sourdough
4 tbsp hot pepper jelly
1 apple, thinly sliced
4 slices sharp cheddar
2 tbsp butter


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter on the skillet and and lay the bread down
  2. Spread each side with hot pepper jelly
  3. Arrange cheddar on both slices
  4. Arrange apples on one side
  5. Cook until golden brown
  6. Flip the sandwich together
  7. Cut in half and serve with your soup of choice
