1 cup fresh basil leaves

1 cup olive oil

½ cup balsamic

2 tbsp honey

Salt & pepper to taste


  1. In a high-speed blender, blend the basil, vinegar, and honey until combined.
  2. Slowly stream in the oil to emulsify.
  3. Season to taste.
