“Freshly” Review.

I know what you’re thinking…

“But Aubrey, you’re a chef, you cook for a living. Why in the world would you order pre-made meals when you know how to cook”?!

Well it’s simple really. When I get home from work, after feeding roughly 9 people a day, the last thing I want to do is get creative in my own kitchen.


Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I do, but there are other times, like you, that I come home tired, ravenous, and heating up something that is gluten free, mainly organic, dietary specific, and delicious sounds way better than anything else.


The first night, I had the Chicken Rustica.

Super moist & flavorful chicken breast, with roasted cauliflower. It was low carb, low fat, high protein, & hit every spot I was looking to fill.


The next night, chimmichurri salmon with succotash.


Wednesday, I had the grouper romesco with green beans, & cauli mash.

This was my FAVORITE. The romesco sauce was smokey and spiced, the fish still flakey and mild, and the cauli mash was rusticly textured!


I even had breakfast! In the back, paleo porridge with pecans and apples!

In the front, arabiatta frittata with kale, roasted tomato, spicy marinara, & fresh mozzerella.

Needless to say, #IMOBSESSED.

I will be ordering again, and again, and again.
